New Bill Payment Options and Messaging Alerts!

We have recently updated our billing system giving our customers more options with more convenience.  

Simply log in or register your account by signing in to Pay My Bill and selecting "I want to set up Auto Pay".  We offer monthly Bank Drafts and Credit Card Drafts for your bill balance.  You no longer need to come into the office to utilize this service.  You can sign up right from home!

We now also offer Tap to Pay in the office or the drive-thru!

You can select how you wish to receive communications from us regarding your bill by selecting "I want to change my communication preferences" from the home page of your account.  Just add your phone number, email, or both.  Select which services you would like to receive notifications for and select Save. 

You can also text PRWS to 67332 to subscribe to text message alerts.

We are excited about the changes and feel these services will be able to provide our customers with more up-to-date information about the water system and their accounts.
