Bill Payment

Prairie Ronde Water System Inc., offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.  All bills must be paid by the 25th of the month to avoid service disruption.  *Remember to check your bill to see the date payments must be received in our office. 

Our Online Bill Payment Service allows you the convenience of paying your utility bill online. You can now pay our bill 24/7.  We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover. Have your account number handy. Just click the green "PAY YOUR BILL NOW" button to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Automatic Bank Draft 

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

Automatic Credit/Debit Card Monthly Draft

We now offer monthly drafts from your selected bank card.  With this service, the amount of your monthly bill plus a bank processing fee is automatically deducted from your bank card and credited to your utility account.  To set up the Automated Card Draft, simply download and fill out the form located in the Forms & Reports section and drop it off or mail it to our office.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders or credit cards. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.

Drop Box 

We offer a drop box location on our property for customers who wish to pay their bill at the office, but cannot make it during office hours.  Just be sure to include your payment coupon and payment in the envelope and we will recieve your payment the next business day.  Please remember...do not put cash in the drop box.

Phone Payments

For added convenience we also take a credit/debit card payment over the phone.  Just call during office hours and we will be happy to take your payment.  *NOTE: Our card processor for credit/debit cards does charge a fee for each transaction.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
